• 1 Lettuce
• 1 Broccoli
• 1 Cucumber
• 1 Zucchini
• 1 Red Capsicum
• 2 Corn
• 1 kg Carrots
• 1 kg Potatoes
• ½ kg Brown Onions
• ½ kg Tomatoes or Cherry Tomatoes

Plus seasonal additions:

• Cauliflower, Cabbage, or Pumpkin
• 250 g Beans or Snap Peas or Seasonal Veg
  
• 1–2 extra seasonal vegetables (1 kg Sweet Potatoes, Spring Onions, Leek, Silverbeet, Pak Choy, etc.)
