Orders must be placed by 10 am Monday for delivery that same week.

How to manage your subscription

Login to your account

Click the account icon in the top-right of the main header, or use the below button. You'll then be prompted to use a unique 6-digit login code sent to your email.

Adjust your delivery schedule

Click the 'Customer Portal Page' link and then the 'Edit Subscription' button.

To the right of your order number, click 'edit' to adjust delivery frequency, and Save.

Add or remove items

To add, remove, or edit the quantity of products in your scheduled order, simply click the 'Edit' link beside you list of produce. You can then adjust quantities, remove items, or add new ones using the search bar. Don't forget to 'Save'!

Skip a delivery

From the Customer Portal page, scroll below your list of ordered products and select 'Skip payment' to skip/pause your delivery scheduled for a specific date. If you make an error, simply 'Unskip' the delivery.

Cancel or reactivate a subscription

If you need to cancel a subscription, you can do so by clicking the 'Cancel my subscription' button at the top-right of your Customer Portal.

If you would like to resubscribe at a later time, please select 'Reactivate' from your account portal rather than creating a brand new subscription.

Remember, you can always skip deliveries without cancelling!
